Registration Guidelines
  • PG Students: Valid HOD certificate is mandatory for the student category.
  • Abstract Submission: Only registered Members category delegates are eligible to submit abstracts.
  • Membership: IAPM/IAP-ID members must enter their valid membership number during checkout.
  • Workshop Policy: Maximum 40 seats per workshop. Only one workshop is allowed per delegate.
  • Prerequisite: Base IAPM registration is required to attend any pre-conference workshop.
  • Inclusions: Registration covers Delegate kit, all scheduled meals, tea/coffee, Gala Dinner, and the Cultural program.
  • Confirmation: An instant email acknowledgement will be sent upon successful payment.
  • Accompanying Persons: Granted full access to the venue, meals, inaugural function, gala dinner & cultural evening (No scientific sessions).
  • Taxes: 18% GST is applicable on all registration fees as per government regulations.
  • Payment Options: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or secure online gateway (Standard +3% gateway convenience fee applies).
Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be emailed directly to registration@apcon2026.com from your registered email address, quoting your official registration reference number.

After 15 November 2026 No refund
  • Refunds will be processed strictly within 15 working days after the conclusion of the conference.
  • The email receipt timestamp serves as the official cancellation date.
  • Non-refundable: The 18% GST and any online payment gateway convenience charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
