Welcome to APCON 2026, the 74th Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Pathologists & Microbiologists!

On behalf of the Department of Pathology, PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, and with the support of the Indian Association of Pathologists (Tamil Nadu & Puducherry Chapter), it gives me immense pleasure to warmly welcome all delegates from across India and abroad to our campus in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

As part of the distinguished 100-year legacy of the PSG & Sons Charities Trust, our institution stands on a strong foundation of academic excellence, service, and innovation. The Department of Pathology has evolved under the mentorship of eminent faculty from leading institutes in India, nurturing a generation of confident, competent, and ethically grounded pathology professionals who have made their mark in the realm of diagnostic pathology.
