Terms & Conditions

  • Students Category: It is mandatory to submit a certificate issued by the HOD for Delegates registered under the Students category.
  • Abstract Submission: For abstract submission, you need to register under the Members category.
  • Membership Details: Delegates registered as Members must mention their membership number of the respective organization (IAPM/IAP-ID).
  • Workshop Limits: Registration for the Workshop is limited to 40 seats and can be availed on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Workshop Attendance: With workshop registration, a delegate will be able to attend only one workshop from the list during registration.
  • Prerequisite: IAPM registration is mandatory for attending the workshop.
  • Inclusions: The registration fee mentioned includes Delegate Kit, tea/coffee, lunches, and dinner on all conference days.
  • Confirmation: After completing the registration process and paying the registration fee successfully, the registrant will receive an acknowledgement/confirmatory e-mail on the registered e-mail ID.
  • Accompanying Persons: All accompanying persons will be registered as Non-Industry Fellows and will enjoy access to the venue, meal services, inaugural function, gala dinner, and cultural evening.
  • GST: An additional 18% GST is applicable on the registration fee.
  • Registration Mode: All registrations are to be made online using the conference portal.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through NEFT/RTGS transfer or UPI transfer using the bank details given below. The transaction details are to be filled in the registration form while registering. Online payment gateway is also available in the registration portal for payment; however, an additional 3% payment gateway charge over and above the GST of 18% will be levied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests must be sent to info@apcon2026.com with your registration number in the subject line.

  • The email must be sent from the registered delegate email ID only.
  • Until 31st July 2026: 25% cancellation fee deducted from gross registration value.
  • Until 30th Sep 2026: 50% cancellation fee deducted from gross registration value.
  • Until 15th Nov 2026: 75% cancellation fee deducted from gross registration value.
  • After 15th November 2026: No refunds provided.
  • Refunds will be credited to the account provided in the cancellation email within 15 working days after the conference.
  • Timestamp of the email will be considered as the official date of the cancellation request.
  • Non-Refundable: GST value and Payment Gateway charges are strictly non-refundable.
